| Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Andra's house's electrical system is in scary shape. It starts with an old Federal Pacific breaker panel, one that is noted for being dangerous. Other problems include splices in Romex without boxes (or wire nuts, for that matter), no cable clamps on boxes, and other scary things. | ||
